If you want to machine multiple components on your 5-axis VMC, in one setup, then the Raptor RWP-237 Nest Riser makes it easy.

The RWP-237 is an aluminium multi-fixture, designed for the Haas UMC-750/UMC-750SS and the Matsuura MX-520 (300mm); base diameter 14.75″ (374.65mm) and is 6.5” (165.1mm) high.

Made from anodised 6061-T6511 aluminium, you can be sure that the RWP-237 is a durable, quality product that will last.

Compatibility:

You can use the nest with multiple standard Raptor dovetail fixtures. Either 1 single fixture on top or 3 units mounted to the sides at a 45 degree angle. Use with the following standard fixtures: RWP-001(SS), RWP-002(SS), RWP-013(SS), RWP-018(SS), and RWP-030SS.
