The ChipX TPR0.5R-025-2F-10DG-70 tapered ball mill is specially designed for desktop CNC routers such as the Vertigo M, MX and Neptune series machines. It provides great cutting performance in a variety of materials such as timber, ply, MDF, plastics, and can even be used on aluminium. The 1/4″ shank size allows you to use most trim routers without adapters. This router bit has a 0.5mm radius ball end on the tip, coupled with the acute 10 degree included angle, it’s perfect for carving out 3D relieved profiles from a variety of materials. The ta-C DLC coating provides increased heat resistance and improved lubricity making the tool last longer and improving surface finishes across a broad range of materials.
